• Metro cities: 3–5 working days
• Other locations: 5–8 working days
  Delivery delays may occur during high-demand periods.

1. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• ₹60 flat rate for orders below ₹999

1. Order Tracking
   Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier partner details.
2. Incorrect Address
   Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to wrong or incomplete addresses.
3. International Shipping
   Currently, we only deliver within India.
4. Damaged Packages
   If the package is damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately at info@snowyls.in.
